DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and nurture strategic relationships with large enterprise clients to drive long-term business partnerships. Lead and manage bidding strategies with public sector and educational institutions, ensuring smooth execution and high win rates. Oversee key account management by enhancing customer satisfaction, business engagement, and revenue contribution. Define and execute Taiwan’s sales strategy aligned with global corporate goals. Lead regional and cross-border sales teams to achieve annual revenue targets and performance KPIs. Own P&L accountability and continuously optimize operational effectiveness and business profitability. Implement scalable sales processes and best practices to enhance team productivity and responsiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide customer and market feedback, supporting agile product and GTM (Go-to-Market) alignment. Develop and implement talent development and succession planning programs to strengthen team capabilities.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B technology sales with 6+ years in a senior leadership role. Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, solution integration, and corporate procurement processes. Proven experience managing sales teams of 10+ members with a performance-driven mindset. Familiarity with tendering procedures and public sector/government partnership development. - Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills. Global business perspective and professional proficiency in English. Experience with DevOps, ecosystem partnerships, or SaaS-based solutions is a plus. Preferred Background Dell、EMC、NetApp、Microsoft、IBM、HP Prior experience with leading tech companies such as Dell, EMC, NetApp, Microsoft, IBM, or HP is highly preferred. Morgan Philips
