DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including creating comprehensive campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, attract potential buyers and generate sales leads
Explore and cultivate new business opportunities / untapped markets to increase buyer engagement and drive sales growth while building strong relationship with agents and business partners
Conduct thorough market research & analysis and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential market segments to boost sales and marketing effectiveness
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing and operations for optimal business outcomes
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management review to inform strategic decision-making
REQUIREMENT
Degree holder in Marketing or business related disciplines
At least 9 years' progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably with in-depth understanding and demonstrated success in UK real estate sector
A self-motivated good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in high pressure environment
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good command of Putonghua
