DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Achieve sales volume and margin. • Maintain existing customers and prospect new customers. • Conduct regular sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. • Handling complaints from customers.
REQUIREMENT

· Candidate must possess at a least Bachelor’s Degree. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a Sales Manager in chemical or paint coatings industry. • Experience in B2B sales in chemical or paint coatings industry. • Highly Motivated and Have Initiative. • Fluent in English and proficient in literacy (Mandatory). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively with management, customers, colleagues, and lower-level staffs. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. • Have soft skills such as selling skills, negotiation, responsibility, hard work, and, good relationships. • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and Analytical thinking skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Must have a driver's license (SIM A). • Excellent in computer literacy. Ms Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint). • Full-Time positions(s) available.
