DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Focused on supporting & optimizing sales process - Manage sales operations & coordinate sales activities - Ensures Sales Coordinators have resources & information needed to achieve their goals - Involves managing leads, facilitating communication, analyzing sales data & preparing reports Key Responsibilities : - Lead Management: Distributing leads to Sales Coordinators and tracking their progress - Sales Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of sales process, from order processing to delivery - Team Support: Providing administrative & logistical support to Sales team - Data Analysis: Compiling & analyzing sales data - Reporting: Creating & distributing regular sales reports to management - Customer & Supplier information Management: Maintaining & updating in Ushio’s system - Communication: Facilitating communication between sales teams, other departments, customers & suppliers
REQUIREMENT

Experience & Skills Required : - 10 years relevant working experience - Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g. Excel) to interpret sales and procurement data for management decision - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills - Coordinate with all relevant parties such as Sales Team, other departments, customers & suppliers to ensure Sales & Procurement plans align with business needs - Occasional business trips to Guangdong Province - English & Mandarin (Business level) - Knowledge of Japanese will be an added avantage - Patience & good personality
