Identify and implement marketing technologies to boost e-commerce performance.

Lead deployment of digital tools, ensuring integration and system optimization.

REQUIREMENT
3+ years of experience driving revenue and transactions in brand.com e-commerce. Proficient in e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. Skilled in data analytics, performance tracking, and UX/UI fundamentals. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop and execute growth plans. Expertise in SEO, SEM, programmatic ads, and email marketing. Experienced in leading and mentoring e-commerce and marketing teams. Strong communicator with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Japanese language proficiency preferred for stakeholder coordination. Customer-focused, with deep insights into digital consumer behavior. Agile and committed to staying current with digital trends and innovations.
