DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Manage and supervise the company’s accounting and financial reporting processes. · Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and the preparation of financial statements. · Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management. · Lead, evaluate, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth. · Ensure full compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. · Collaborate with other departments to identify and manage financial risks. · Assist in the preparation of company budgets and financial forecasts.
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. · Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting and Tax Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry. · Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CIMA are a strong advantage. · Proficient in accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools. · Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. · Deep understanding of Indonesian financial and tax regulations. · Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment. · Diligent, responsible, with a professional appearance and conduct. · Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
