Assessing the organization's current culture, structure, job design and processes to identify areas for improvement Designing and implementing organizational development initiatives. Collaborating with senior leaders to align organizational development efforts with the company's strategic goals Evaluating the impact of organizational development initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from any major Significant experience (1+ years) in organizational development Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and employee engagement principles Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
