DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create shipping documents (surat jalan) for outgoing shipments. Assist the sales assistant manager with cost calculations. Prepare quotations, receive purchase orders (PO), and maintain customer records. Generate sales contracts and associated paperwork. Create and process customer orders, including quotations. Support the export and import documentation process. Compile sales recaps and reports. Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in any major. Have min. 2 years of experience as Sales Admin in Trading industry. High conversational English or above. Excellent communication skills, neat, and detail-oriented.
