DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage expectations. Oversee quality assurance, testing, and validation of the HRIS system. Facilitate change management and user training throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in English (oral & written). Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field. Proven experience in HRIS project management. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
