DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish, supervise, and maintain employee and industrial relations in a conducive and positive working environment following Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulations, Policies, and Procedures. Plan, develop, and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management. Supervise the services of personnel administration. Organize, coordinate, and monitor the process of employee performance. Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal documents, etc). Understand and implement the laws and regulations relating to managing companies' legality and licensing processes.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Law or a related field. At least 2 years of working experience in HRGA positions in the Manufacturing Industry. Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc). Dynamic, adaptable, and have good negotiation and communication skills. Hardworking, proactive, meticulous attention to detail. Physically and mentally healthy. Willing to be placed in Romokalisari, Surabaya.
