DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for end-to-end employee fulfillment process, conducting new hire orientation programs, and managing all HR administration.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Psychology. Minimum 1 year experience as Human Resource Staff. Experienced in psychological testing use and practice. Familiar with the BEI (Behavioral Event Interview) method. Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Open-minded, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
