DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing the IT strategy to align with the company's overall business goals Managing the IT department, including leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality solutions Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide information systems, infrastructure and applications Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency Ensuring IT policies, procedures and controls are in place to maintain data security and integrity Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address their technology needs Reporting on IT performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations to senior management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the consumer goods industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Excellent understanding of enterprise-wide information systems, infrastructure and emerging technologies Proven track record of developing and executing successful IT strategies aligned with business objectives Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical and commercial considerations Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
