DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identifying and pursuing new business leads and opportunities to expand our client base Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and secure new business Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through excellent communication and customer service Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth areas Achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets Participate in building accurate per product forecasts for supply chain Providing detailed sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions Train our partners and merchandise properly our ranges in store
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of successful new business development in a sales or business development role, preferably within the industry. At least 5 years work experience in same field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends to drive strategic decision making Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately Someone willing to travel and be on the field Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficient in English, Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
