DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's financial and operational processes Identifying and reporting on areas of risk and opportunities for improvement Preparing detailed audit reports with clear findings and recommendations Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and best practices Providing support and guidance to business units on internal control matters
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the insurance industry Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in data analysis and the use of audit software Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control frameworks
