Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our digital gaming products and services Providing detailed product information and answering technical questions from customers Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members Identifying trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital gaming offerings
REQUIREMENT

Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or digital gaming environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries Familiarity with digital gaming platforms and technologies, as well as an understanding of the gaming industry Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Shifting 24/7 schedule
