DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Oversee all finance, accounting, and taxation functions strategically and operationally.
· Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
· Review and supervise tax reconciliations, periodic tax filings, and annual corporate tax returns.
· Provide strategic direction in tax planning to optimize company tax efficiency.
· Prepare and be accountable for monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
· Manage external and internal audits as well as tax examinations.
· Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team’s performance.
· Coordinate with external stakeholders such as tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
· Ensure integration of the SAP system with financial processes and smooth operation of SAP FI/CO modules.
· Monitor the accuracy and completeness of financial data recorded in SAP.
· Utilize SAP-generated financial reports for analysis and decision-making.
· Collaborate with the IT department for SAP system maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and
development to ensure optimal performance.
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· A professional accountant with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
· At least 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial
