DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges. - Conduct in-depth analysis of current workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. - Gather, analyze, and document clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, process maps, and flowcharts. - Perform data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) to support insights, decision-making, and solution recommendations. - Work closely with software development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in user training when required. - Provide post-implementation support and ensure solutions continue to meet evolving business goals. - Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and tools in business analysis and digital transformation.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp complex systems and business models. - Proficient in business analysis techniques such as requirement elicitation, process modeling, and data interpretation. - Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent diagramming/visualization software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, thorough documentation. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments, managing multiple tasks and timelines. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working experience in Agile environments is a plus. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT system architectures. - Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other business analysis credentials are advantageous but not required.
