DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee daily operations of the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., BEI, OJK) while ensuring timely submissions.
Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards (preferably familiar with PSAK 73), external audit processes, OJK regulations, and tax obligations.
Coordinate with auditors, IT teams, and regulatory institutions (e.g., BEI and OJK).
Develop, implement, and review strategic SOPs and finance/accounting policies to mitigate financial risk.
Review and monitor reconciliations of key account balances, including banks, loans, fixed assets, deposits, and payables.
Provide sound knowledge and oversight of taxation matters such as tax returns, corporate income tax, withholding tax (WHT), and tax planning.
Conduct reviews and provide recommendations for improvements to accounting processes.
Support business units by preparing financial projections and ensuring proper treatment of reporting changes in financial statements.
Lead and manage all accounting and finance-related functions within the organization.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, and Budgeting. Preferable having experience working at public listed company
Solid background in technical accounting research and documentation is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of financial data.
In-depth understanding of financial accounting systems and reporting tools, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiar with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance practices, GAAP and IFRS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,
