DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic HR role. - Proven experience in: Developing & executing HR strategies, Organizational development, Change management. - Strong analytical skills; able to create & present HR dashboards and strategic reports. - Leadership experience in managing HR teams & cross-functional projects. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and global HR best practices. - Proficient in HRIS, data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI), and project management tools. - Strategic thinker with initiative, agility, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
