DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement financial strategies and manage company cash flow.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
Supervise the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audits, including PPh (Income Tax) obligations.
Monitor and evaluate the Collection team’s performance, develop collection strategies, and ensure effective receivables management.
Oversee compliance with all financial and tax audit requirements.
Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and tax teams.
Collaborate with management on financial decisions and strategy.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
Excellent leadership skills and strong financial analytical capabilities.
