DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle labor relations, resolve disputes, and manage cases through to legal resolution if needed. Address and manage various industrial and employee-related cases, including resolving disputes and navigating legal proceedings. Administer payroll processes, ensure timely and accurate compensation, and handle related queries. Manage BPJS (Social Security) and insurance benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee concerns. Implement and support organizational development initiatives, including employee training and development programs. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employment documentation such as contracts, attendance records, and official correspondence. Ensure compliance with K3 regulations, promote workplace safety, and conduct safety training.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Communication or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, particularly within the paper or palm oil industries. Certification in HR or industrial relations is a plus. Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll, BPJS, insurance, and industrial relations. Demonstrated experience in handling labor disputes and cases through to the courtroom. Strong knowledge of organization development and employee recruitment processes. Familiarity with K3 regulations and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
