REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, or cybersecurity environments Strong proficiency with enterprise virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, OpenStack, Nutanix) Practical experience with OS environments (Windows Server, Linux), virtual machine deployments and migrations (P2V/V2V), and resource optimization Solid foundational understanding of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, network security, and Zero Trust principles Experience supporting or implementing Zero Trust frameworks Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent) Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with: Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) Network infrastructure and security architecture Backup and disaster recovery planning Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) models and Zero Trust Security platforms Strong business and communication skills, including: Hybrid solution architecture design Technical presentations and stakeholder engagement Project management and cross-functional collaboration Solution pricing, TCO, and ROI analysis
