Handling Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
Handling petty cash, claims, commission calculation
Handling all relevant documents that regard of company registration & licensing
HR-related including Payroll, IR8A / AIS, NS makeup, childcare leave, tax clearance for employee
Staff recruitment, interview, confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc duties
Work Pass application & renewal
Maintaining personal records, leave administration & benefits administration (medical claim, staff insurance & etc)
Provide general office administrative support, including but not limited to involvement in office equipment maintenance & renovation, replenishing stock for stationery and pantry refreshment, as well as any other ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
REQUIREMENT
GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business studies or accounting
Knowledge of HR practices & experience in using SAP will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
