DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise and organize actions for the production team to help achieve plant quality and cost improvement objectives and opportunities.
Responsible for commissioning new equipment, production units, or processes, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting current processes for out-of-control and out-of-spec issues.
Lead and manage manufacturing planning for the production line's development and execution in collaboration with the relevant departments.
To monitor process performance indices for qualified processes and implement effective controls to ensure process performance.
To supervise and ensure that all essential nodes for quality indices are improved through qualified processes and quality improvement technologies.
To ensure that all aspects of an operation or process adhere to certain specifications.
To increase productivity through process modifications, documentation, specifications, and job instructions.
Work directly with engineers and production executives to increase machine efficiency, optimize processes, and implement yield improvement and cost reduction projects.
REQUIREMENT
Strong understanding of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP).
Proficient in production scheduling, data analysis, and reporting.
A solid awareness of food safety rules and manufacturing hygiene methods.
Excellent organizing and problem-solving skills.
