DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee and manage all IT operations, including infrastructure, network, systems, and application support. Lead the implementation, upgrade, and integration of business systems (e.g., trading platforms, core banking systems, CRM, ERP) Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend suitable technology solutions Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and third-party service providers Lead incident response and business continuity planning Implement IT governance policies and best practices Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to increase operational efficiency
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field 10 to 15 years of IT experience, including strong hands-on exposure to infrastructure, applications, cloud, and security Proven experience in IT operations, vendor management, and regional user support Prior experience with financial services, private equity, asset management, or investment environments preferred Familiarity with finance or accounting systems is a strong advantage Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a lean and growing team Regional experience (e.g., Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan) is beneficial but not mandatory
