DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate records of stock levels Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan Reconciling inventory data with financial accounts and identifying any discrepancies Preparing detailed inventory reports and analysis for management Liaising with operations teams (Restaurant Team) to ensure efficient inventory ordering and stock management Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
REQUIREMENT

1-2 years of experience in an accounting or inventory management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong and have a good knowledge in Accounting, Inventory Control (Stock Opname) and Reporting Skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office sofware: Word, Excel, Outlook and Accounting software. Excellent numerical and spreadsheet skills Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Willing to work in Jakarta Barat
