DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, master dealers, resellers, and retail partners in the Medan and surrounding areas.
Promote and sell a full range of CCTV solutions including routers, switches, and access points.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (sell-in and sell-out) through direct sales and channel support.
Monitor and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Conduct product presentations, dealer training, and in-store promotion activities to increase brand visibility and partner engagement.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute regional campaigns, promotions, and retail activations.
Track sales data and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to management.
Assist in managing inventory, AR (account receivables), and pricing policies with key accounts and partners.
Provide technical and product knowledge support to clients and partners when needed.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT hardware / networking / CCTV sales
Familiarity with the Medan market and existing relationships with local dealers or distributors is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Target-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
