• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communication, business, economics, etc.) • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in payment industry • Outstanding communication skills • Strong analytical skills Specific Requirements: • Understanding of various payment systems (credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets). • Experience handling complex financial issues and transactions. • High commitment to maintaining information confidentiality. • Ability to work effectively under pressure. Skills: • Fluent English (verbal & written) is a must • Collaborative team player. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Spreadsheet, Word) for reporting.
