Drive Sales & Brand Visibility
Achieve sales and KPI targets as defined by management, while actively enhancing Nespresso’s brand presence within the HORECA segment.
Channel Strategy & Performance Management
Develop and implement channel strategies; regularly review performance metrics and market data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
Operational & Tactical Leadership
Take ownership of day-to-day decision-making and lead initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.
Customer Development & Relationship Management
Expand and strengthen the customer base by identifying and engaging new prospects; nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and those of their end-consumers.
Budget Oversight
Manage and monitor the HORECA segment budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure full adherence to company policies, principles, and procedures, while complying with all relevant local laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Economics or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' B2B direct sales experiences, with at least 3 years' exposure in sales management
With work experience and network with Hotel / Restaurant / Catering sectors will be strong advantage
Good presentation skills, strong in negotiation and influencing
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Digital savvy
