DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage and implement infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and other cloud services.
Handle routine maintenance and infrastructure upgrades.
Collaborate with the security team to identify and resolve system security issues.
Design and implement scalable and highly available solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
Develop automation scripts for operational tasks.
Apply DevOps practices to enhance efficiency and security.
Ensure cloud system security through access control and up-to-date security practices.
Manage configurations to ensure system consistency and reliability.
Utilize tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Work closely with development and operations teams to align goals and requirements.
Provide technical support to internal teams regarding cloud infrastructure.
Implement disaster recovery solutions and create recovery plans to protect data and business operations.
Conduct cloud infrastructure capacity planning and cost optimization.
Apply approaches such as risk management, clustering, load balancing, and failover strategies.
Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows-based systems.
Maintain information system security by adhering to security policies, safeguarding company data, and reporting any suspicious activities that may threaten information security.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, or similar).
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices.
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams.
Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional) is a plus.
