DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to ensure timely and high-quality output. Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve any issues. Implement and maintain safety protocols and 5S to ensure a safe working environment. Actively involved in on-job training and development of production staff. Liaise with others department such as quality control, planner, logistics and engineering to ensure seamless operations. Analyse production data and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
REQUIREMENT

Relevant qualifications or certifications in manufacturing or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa, both written and spoken Candidates willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
