DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Formulate business strategies, propositions and tactical plans to facilitate the implementation of key strategic projects
Assist in preparing and monitoring marketing budget, study and review the ROI on a regular basis and take action plan if necessary.
Implement marketing strategies to drive online & offline traffic, conversion, retention, sales and social media follower.
Responsible for all marketing channels for brand promotions on online and offline platforms e.g. Facebook / IG / We chat / XiaoHungShu / Youtube & Google marketing activities and development
Conduct trending research and competitor analysis to identify market needs
To prospect, analyze, and recommend business solutions to major accounts from e-platforms, consolidators and direct e-sellers.
Develop and implement sales strategy and plan to achieve business targets
Negotiate the trading terms and pricing with buyers, ensure all sales and promotion activities are timely executed
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor in Business or related disciplines
At least 6 years of extensive experiences in FMCG industry and key account management
Creative thinking and experience in B to C as well as B to B selling in consultative approach
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
A proactive with agility and positive attitude
Proficient spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferable
