DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Building and maintaining relationships with Local Supermarket Account Conducting regular visits to outlets to monitor stock, displays, and promotional activitis Execute trade marketing strategy and program, additional displays, sampling, and bundling Ensuring product availability and visibility according to company standards Negotiating product placement, visibility, and cooperation programs with decision maker Making periodic sales reports, daily activities, and market analysis Ensuring achievement of sales targets and product distribution Working with distributors and internal teams for smooth operations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail channel management. Strong knowledge of local supermarket operations and traditional trade dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and implement trade marketing programs. Willing to travel frequently and conduct field visits. Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
