Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs and provide actionable insights. Gather, analyze date and conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvements. Identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency, including exploring and proposing best-fit solutions. Document business requirements and processes clearly. Develop and maintain documentation for projects and improvements initiatives. Conduct requirements analysis & translating user requirements into functional specification and documentation. Implement best practices for process and documentation governance. Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings. Monitor, analyze and report on the progress of projects and initiatives. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Oversee the development and implementation of new business processes and systems. Assist in project management and coordinate with various teams. Closely liaise with system vendors, internal teams and assist in the development of new capabilities. Support applications or solutions testing including developing test scenarios for UAT and executing the tests. Track key metrics to access the success of the solution post-development. Facilitate change management activities such as stakeholder communication, coordination, briefings and user trainings. Any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by your Superior from time to time.
