DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Customer Acquisition and Revenue Generation:
Identify and cultivate prospects, lead sales team explore new business sectors and generate sales lead, with an aligned company strategy;
Manage all aspects of customer acquisition, including pipeline management, scoping, pitching, and onboarding.
Prepare bespoke proposal and lead meetings with customers and successfully close deal and drive sales revenue to achieve targets.
Relationship Management:
Ongoing management of key customer relationships, as a relationship builder, be accountable for establishing and sustaining strong business relationships with our key existing/potential customers through regular visits to understand their needs
Maximize sales on every existing key customers by developing and executing proactive, creative plan
Sales team management
Lead sales team to execute marketing plan, manage sales team routine works and their performance, provide on and off supports and encouragement.
Work closely with marketing team/ internal parties to provide sales presentation and new services launching to reach customers effectively
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Marketing/ Management or BA
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, and proven success sales management & team building records
With a strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills and good at communication and coordination;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proactive, flexible, good analytical thinking and with ability to handle multi-task
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate availability is preferred!
