DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develops and manages enterprise system infrastructure & Data Centres Managing technology infrastructure and assets at across locations and coordinate with team to maintain and support company's technology hardware and software. Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure design, integration, and operations Managing emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility Recommending, developing, implementing and maintaining new and existing technology infrastructures Acquiring new software and hardware, negotiating service contracts and building relationships with vendors and service providers Managing efforts to build and deliver System and Storage infrastructure Provides technical support and guidance to all internal and external application users
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proven track record of managing IT teams. Strong leadership, decision making, and team management skills. Experience with IT project management & familiar manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Having strong analytical skills. Strong budgeting and financial management skills. Up-to-date with the trends of technology. Having Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, especially at healthcare industry regulation. Expertise to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
