DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Primarily focused on growing revenue with all OEMS operating in Taiwan, both global OEMS and domestic PC manufacturers, while ensuring customer satisfaction in our day to day support activities. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and FAE team, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and achievement of sales targets. Establish sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics; track and report on sales performance against targets. Leveraging senior relationships with local OEMS, local ODMs and the local management teams of overseas headquartered PC companies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 15+ years of sales experience in the Semiconductor industry (fabless or IDM), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director/Vice President). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the semiconductor market, product lines, and competitive dynamics. Experience and familiar with the global PC market. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs and business objectives. Track Record / Attributes: A motivated self-starter with a hunger for growing teams, business and success.
