DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Plan, execute, and monitor digitalization projects for public services and infrastructure systems in Singapore.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the project aligns with government objectives.
Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are achieved.
Identify potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies, including overall progress management, risk response, and quality control.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Drive project advancement through the use of Agile/Waterfall development methodologies.
Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and security guidelines.
Familiar with Singapore-specific regulations (e.g., IM8, PDPA, Cybersecurity Act) and standards for public-sector projects.
Understand cybersecurity protocols and data governance to address infrastructure security needs.
Vendor/contract management to handle third-party collaborations common in public projects.
Assist in change management to drive user adoption of new systems (e.g., training, workshops).
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related technical role.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience in project assistance or management.
