DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of system technologies and engineering solutions across the organization. Design efficient, scalable, and secure system architectures aligned with business needs and industry trends. Manage a multidisciplinary development team, including project planning, task distribution, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify, analyze, and translate business requirements into technological solutions. Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all deployed systems and platforms.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in system development and engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC), integration architecture, and project management methodologies. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, cloud systems, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
