DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Administer and configure Jira Service Management platform · Manage workflows, custom fields, user permissions, and access rights · Monitor system performance, licensing, and availability · Implement and maintain platform security settings and SSO integration · Develop automation rules and integrate with other internal systems · Enforce governance standards and drive best practice adoption · Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions · Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements · Maintain documentation (SOPs, configs, changes) and support user training · Provide input for platform roadmap and long-term scalability.
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field · Having minimum 7 years of working experience in software company.\ · Proven experience in: - Jira Service Management Administration - SaaS platform management (especially Jira platforms - IT Service Management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, etc.) - Automation, scripting, and process optimization - User & access management and platform security - Governance, change control, and compliance audits · Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills · Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities · Excellent presentation and communication skills · Good comprehension of English technical documentation · High commitment to group values, policies, and procedures
