DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining positive relationships Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records Providing feedback and recommendations to management to help improve our customer service processes and procedures Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
REQUIREMENT

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Customer Service industry A positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
