Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline media/channels.
Manage digital presence, including website, mobile app, and social media platforms, in collaboration with external partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee cross-border e-commerce operations, including data analysis, pricing control, and platform management.
Lead anti-counterfeiting initiatives, including IP case handling, counterfeit investigations, and coordination with customs.
Plan and participate in trade shows and promotional events, ensuring brand visibility and consistency.
Monitor sales performance and market trends, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
Build and maintain strong distributor relationships, including contract review, performance evaluation, and sales support.
Support product development and global marketing alignment, ensuring investment efficiency and brand coherence.
Handle external and internal communications, including customer inquiries, sponsorships, and internal reporting.
REQUIREMENT
A successful Sales & Marketing Manager should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or related fields.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to design and implement a successful marketing strategy.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its emerging trends.
