DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Calculating and processing employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments using SunFish HRIS Maintaining detailed and accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and payroll data Preparing and submitting monthly payroll reports, tax filings (PPh 21), and BPJS reports to relevant authorities Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and discrepancies Collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure payroll compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations Continuously reviewing and improving payroll procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role Solid understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations (especially PPh 21), and labor law compliance Proven experience using SunFish HRIS is highly preferred High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail in handling numerical data Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and spreadsheet tools Excellent communication skills to work effectively with employees and internal stakeholders Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity A self-starter with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team
