DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. To manage system and network operations including trouble shooting and technical support for workstation, desktop computer and networking infrastructure.
2. To work closely with other departments and vendors to evaluate, select and implement new IT and networking technologies and services.
3. To lead server and database administration.
4. To develop and built best-in-class business practices.
5. To be responsible for planning, coordination and monitoring all master data activities.
6. To lead in maintenance and support application software and licensing.
7. To perform network support activities.
8. To monitor network operations and respond to problem according to specified procedures and schedules such as managing LAN, WAN, Servers and other IT operations.
9. To be responsible for implementing and controlling system access, policies and procedures for IT system and data network
10. To be responsible of enforcing and execute of established system security standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure safeguard the integrity and security of systems and information resources.
11. To review systems and application logs for security violations.
12. To administer backup activities, logs and restoration and managing PMS, mail and hotel systems.
13. To support and maintain printer, PABX phone system, voice mail system and fax server system.
REQUIREMENT
The candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
Have at least 3 years’ experience in Hospitality System
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Adaptable, innovative and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
Able to work on shifts and Public Holidays
