DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across your assigned territory Manage, motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to optimize their individual and collective performance Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed, data-driven decisions Foster strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure exceptional service and drive repeat business Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and promotional activities Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior leadership Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's sales and marketing strategies
REQUIREMENT

3 years of success in a sales management role, preferably within the snack or food industry Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills to lead and inspire a high-performing team Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions Proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in using sales and Microsoft Excel to track and report on performance Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
