DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain positive labor relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and work instructions (PP, SOP, WI, etc.). Monitor HR operations to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Administer employee attendance systems, manage leave requests, and monitor overtime to ensure accurate records and fair practices. Manage employee offboarding process Coordinate employee insurance benefits, including enrollment, claims assistance, and communication with insurance providers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee insurance data. Manage registration, updates, and claims for the Indonesian BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs. Ensure compliance with national social security regulations and maintain up-to-date employee records. Checking employee reimbursement and other administrations related to business travel. Monitor employee contracts, including preparation, renewal tracking, and ensuring timely updates or terminations in alignment with company policy and labor law.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources Management, with at least 1 year experience in supervisor level as HR Operations and/or HR Generalist. Experienced in handling complete spectrum of HR Operations such as: employee health insurance, recruitment, man power planning, compliance, absenteeism, employee leave, overtime, payroll, contract monitoring, employee business trip, as well as BPJS TK & Kes. Experienced in handling various case of industrial relation. Experienced in creating and reviewing SOP of multiple departments, including HR Dept. Experienced in creating and reviewing Job Desc of multiple departments, including HR Dept. Experienced in developing and running multiple Employee Engagement programs. Experienced in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management, reporting, and attendance tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent negotiation, and mediation abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact with employees at all levels. Able to join ASAP
