DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Financial Strategy & Planning Drive end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and growth modeling. Reporting & Performance Management Prepare and present financial reports and track KPIs to guide leadership decisions. Operations & Internal Control Oversee accounting, audit readiness, and ensure compliance with financial policies. Cash Flow & Working Capital Monitor liquidity, manage working capital, and maintain healthy cash flow. Regulatory & Tax Compliance Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with OJK, BI, and Indonesian tax laws.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in fintech or banking. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting. Familiar with finance tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems. Proficient in Excel and able to communicate financial insights effectively. Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
