DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Responsible for the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations · Developing automation within the HR function and creating more efficient, effective, and accurate work processes · Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's business objective, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations · Ensuring the accuracy of employee database and payroll administration · Collaborated the employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture · Managing the HR team and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization · Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations · Collaborating cross-functionally to drive organizational change and continuous improvement · In-depth knowledge of labor law, company law, and regulatory compliance · Has excellent knowledge in HR generalist role’s (Recruitment/HRIS/Comben/OD/HRBP/IR/HR Policy)
REQUIREMENT

· Maximum age 38 years old · Education minimum S1 Management, Psychology, Law. · Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position · Proficient in English (oral and written) and Proficient in Mandarin (oral and written) is a plus point. · Understand business law, employment, Mastering the use of MS Office & HRIS System · Have a leadership spirit and broad insight · Honest, disciplined, assertive and can work together with the team · Up-to-date on legal changes (latest laws and regulations) · Able to make budgeting by considering cost effectiveness and efficiency · Create and evaluate Company Regulations · Understand Labor Law · Can join immediately - PLACEMENT IN MAKASSAR (SOUTH SULAWESI)
