DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Executive with Japanese company known for producing navigation equipment, including radar, sonar, GPS in both commercial and recreational maritime sectors. This role involves overseeing compensation and benefits, including managing tax reporting (IR8A, IR21), payroll, salary proposals, and statutory claims. The position also involves maintaining performance appraisal systems, supporting succession planning, and handling recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. Additionally, the role includes coordinating training programs, ensuring mandatory certifications, and applying for government grants. It requires supervision of HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing employee engagement initiatives and administrative tasks. The individual will also assist in ISO/OHSAS documentation and perform other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as needed.
