DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and approach potential industrial clients, especially food factories such as instant noodles, frozen food, snacks, sauces, and condiments. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client needs and offer appropriate product solutions. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring smooth cooperation and follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Age between 30 to 35 years old. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably as a supplier of food ingredients, seasonings, or condiments to the food industry. Strong network in the food manufacturing sector (instant noodle, snack, condiment factories, etc.). Able to communicate and coordinate directly with purchasing or R&D departments. Mandatory Fluent English, Mandarin communication is an advantage. Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently in developing industrial clients. Position offered at staff level but ideal for candidates with supervisory or managerial experience who are hands-on and target-driven. Only candidates with English proficiency will be processed.
